Explore the amazing mountains in UAE! The morning begins by heading north towards Ras al Khaimah from where we will enter the majestic Northern Hajar Mountain range and thereafter make our way over rugged mountain tracks. You will have the opportunity to experience some truly amazing scenery which will make you feel the remoteness and solitude of this unique landscape. You will see many abandoned settlements which will testify that people have been living in these gigantic mountains for a long time.
The next stop is Bidiya on the east coast where you will see the UAE’s oldest mosque that dates back to the 15th century and is still used for prayers. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to view some villages in Dibba, in which fishing with Sashas (traditional palm frond canoes) and repairing nets is still a part of everyday life. We will have lunch at a seaside hotel where you can also relax at the pool or beach before we return to Dubai.
